SuperCity AI Joins Forces with Village of The Hills, Texas to Enhance Resident Services
The Village of the Hills, TX partners with SuperCity.
Village of The Hills, Texas, October 1, 2025 – Village of The Hills partners with SuperCity, an AI-powered platform that streamlines city services, payments, and improves resident engagement to integrate an innovative, mobile-first digital experience for residents and visitors.
Village of The Hills is a gated residential community in Travis County in the broader Austin region. As the current population expands, The Hills is focused on delivering high-quality services, transparent communication, and a digital experience that meets the expectations of today’s residents.
Through this partnership with SuperCity, The Village of The Hills can now accept online payments, by credit/debit card or ACH, making it easier and more convenient for residents to pay for local services.
“Communities like The Hills are just as critical as any major city and share the same resident expectations for easy access, clarity, and convenience,” said Miguel Gamiño Jr., Co-Founder and CEO of SuperCity. “We’re excited to help The Hills make every interaction, from accessing information to paying community bills, simple, secure, and mobile-first.”
This partnership marks an important step in expanding access to modern, city service technology to suburban and residential communities across Texas and nationwide. By leveraging SuperCity, The Hills will be able to centralize its communications, improve response times, and streamline interactions between residents and administration. SuperCity is currently expanding throughout the wider Austin metropolitan area, including a recent partnership with the city of Taylor, Texas.
“One of our top priorities is strengthening how we serve our residents and adapting to today’s environment,” said Mayor Kevin Proud. “By joining forces with SuperCity, we’re opening the door to enhanced opportunities for engagement–from easy payments to instant access to The Hills news, events, and services.”
At launch, the SuperCity experience for Village of The Hills will focus on:
AI-powered Chat Assistant – Residents can get immediate answers to common questions, community guidelines, facility access, and service schedules.
Mobile Access to Official Village Updates – Access timely communications including notices, events, meetings, and emergency alerts.
Online Payments – Residents will be able to pay supported community fees, like booking park reservations, and services securely through the app.
SuperCity’s founding team includes CEO Miguel Gamiño Jr., COO David Lara, and Head of City Partnerships Niko Dubovsky. The team brings experience from leading city governments including El Paso, San Francisco, New York City, various enterprise technology partners, and financial services.
The collaboration will begin with a strategic rollout, phased expansion of services, and integrations over time. This approach is designed to complement existing systems while quickly improving convenience and transparency for residents, including enhanced information and services ahead of The Hills Fest.
