SuperForce Launches to Build the Next Generation AI Workforce
El Paso’s premier AI Apprenticeship Program launched by SuperCity AI, Workforce Solutions Borderplex, El Paso County, and Pioneers 21.

EL PASO, TX – Oct. 20, 2025 – SuperForce, an AI-powered apprenticeship and workforce development initiative, has officially launched in El Paso. Developed by SuperCity AI in collaboration with Workforce Solutions Borderplex (WSB) which is partnering with El Paso County, SuperForce is designed to prepare local talent for the future of work by providing paid apprenticeships, technical training, and pathways into high-demand careers.
SuperForce is the first-of-its-kind program in the nation that combines hands-on apprenticeship opportunities with cutting-edge AI and technology tools. The initiative empowers participants to build real-world experience by contributing to live projects for governments and nonprofits across the U.S., while also receiving career development support that can lead to permanent job placement with SuperCity AI, business creation, and positions with tech-forward employers.

SuperForce provides multiple pathways for participants, including:
● Hands-on Apprenticeship Projects – Real experience supporting complex projects for governments and nonprofits.
● Career Pathways – Support for placement in tech-forward employers, business launch assistance, or joining SuperCity AI permanently.
● AI-Powered Training Tools – Leveraging SuperCity’s technology to accelerate skills development and job readiness.
With El Paso as the flagship community, SuperForce is designed to become a scalable model for workforce development nationwide—empowering cities and counties across the U.S. to build talent pipelines for the jobs of tomorrow.
